Amonica Davis

Amonica Davis serves as the COO of The AKA Team, a minority-owned construction management company with divisions in construction management, self-performance, and commercial waterproofing. Amonica establishes business processes and strategies that drive the day-to-day operations. Amonica encourages her diverse and talented team members to create solutions for customers as she creates opportunities for team members to learn, grow and thrive, which has been her focus since starting her career three decades ago. As a result, she was promoted to leadership positions early on and throughout her career, whether it was in the nonprofit sector, higher education administration, or corporate America, careers she pursued prior to joining ranks with her sister in the family businesses.
