With over 20 years in the Human Resource space, Nicole is an empowering Servant Leader who translates business vision into Human Resource initiatives and procedure implementation. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Organizational Management from Wilberforce University and Master’s degree in Human Resources from Ursuline College. Proven experience in Organizational Astuteness, Building Profitable Relationships, Promoting Process Improvement, Employee Engagement and Retention. Skillful in collaborating across HR, with business leaders at all levels to drive organizational and cultural change as well as partnering with external customers to support achieving goals.
